Backup Failing - Unable to access hard disk.

Thread needs solution

Hey there, the Acronis application that we have keeps failing to backup. I have it backing up to a known working backup drive but for some reason it keeps stating that it can't open the vmdk file.

VMware_VDDK: VixDiskLibVim: TicketLoadSnapshotCb failure - VixError = 1.

It would be better to contact our support team for assistance as the problem is likely related to particular setup and should be investigated separately. Please collect the following information before the contact:

1) Debug logs collected after reproducing the issue: https://kb.acronis.com/content/30926
2) Clarify whether the problem is reproduced when backing up any VM or only some specific one.
3) How is Acronis Backup for VMware set up, i.e. whether it is installed as Virtual Appliance or Windows Agent and whether there are any specifics of the installation (some dedicated datastore, connection to vCenter/ESXi host has some specifics, etc.).
