Backup Failure - New Installation

Thread needs solution

I have just installed he VMProtect virtual appliance, added storage to the appliance, and attempted a backup of a server, 3 times, Each time I am getting the same error logs (as shown below) when he job fails. I have verified that VMware tools are installed on the VM.

Any suggestions?

First log entry:
Cannot find any disk or volumes to back up. The operation has been terminated.

Second Log Entry:
Failed to open raw hard disk data file '[Datastore_2_Pool_0_FAST] APPS/APPS.vmdk'.

Please test first, if you can create a snapshot in VMware, using quiesced file system. If this fails, please contact VMware support.
