Can not access NAS share
Hi
We have a Synology RS812 (DSM 4.1-2661) and the virtual appliance vmProtect 8.0 Agent (build 8.0.8128). We've never been able to take a backup with it.
- Tried the solutions at http://kb.acronis.com/content/32292
- Tried accessing the share via IP, or through FTP, or with a new user, or with domain\user: all give the same error.
- Tried creating new shares, scheduling the task, running task on demand: no difference.
What does work:
- Accessing share on a windows server
- Creating a backup with the windows agent (which is not what we want.)
