Can't connect to Acronis Cloud

Hi there,

 

I have 2 different installations (other customer, other network, other firewall etc). And I can't conntect to the Acronis Cloud.

If I click on the cloud datastore I enter the password and then it keeps loading. With the help of an Acronis supporter I managed to recreate the OnlineBackup certificate file and updated the build to the newest version.

Does anyone have the same problems?

@Acronis: Did you change something with the cloud? Because I think the problem is not on my side...

I got a ticket, but no reply so far...

I will update you as soon as I know more.

 

Edit 1: I checked the connection with the Acronis Cloud Connection Verification Tool - https://kb.acronis.com/content/47145 no errors.

Edit 2: The datastore shows how much space is used, but no backups are listed.

If I hit refresh I get this error:

Looks like the appliance can't read/list the files in the cloud.
If I check the cloud online dashboard it shows nothing too.image

I have the same issues going on right now. Tried 5 different networks, all with port 44445 open and clear and I get periodic connections on some IP's. But NONE of my data is listed in the cloud, and my backup agents won't connect. Also, its moving SUPPPPERRRR slow..... Been this way all day today, but backups started failing on my machines as far back as Monday.

My ticket got forwarded to the Acronis cloud team.
I'm waiting for an answer now... but to be honest, that could take a while, as far as I know the Acronis support.

Thanks for your comment David, that confirms my theory.
So it's definetly a general problem with the Acronis cloud.

Guess I won't have a cloud backup till next year... it's still not working.
