Can't retrieve logs / Poor web gui performance

I cannot access logs in the acronis vmProtect client. It says loading... I let it go for 2 hours and eventually a popup said that it cannot connect. That's a little absurd to wait 2+ hours and still can't get any logs.
Acronis vmProtect 7.0 Agent (build 7.0.5144)
