Hello Alexander,
Thank you for using Acronis Software.
Please ensure, to use the latest build of your Acronis Product. How to get the latest build find here.
Try to create a snapshot in vSphere client by using the option: Quiesce guest file system
If this fails, first install / reinstall the VMware Tools in the affected virtual guest system. In the next step please contact VMware Support in order to enable this snapshot option.
If nothing helps, please collect information. The collected information helps our Support Professionals to reduce time in analyzing the data and issue. It speeds up the resolution process because we will have the chance to analyze all the available information.
- Logs from Acronis vmProtect 7 Web Console:
- Go to view -> Show Logs -> click on the tab Logs -> Save all to File - Logs from ESX(i) Host:
- Open vSphere Client and connect to ESX(i) Host or vCenter
- Go to File -> Export -> export System Protocol - Screenshots of all backup plan settings (edit mode fits best). How to create Screenshots find here.
With this information, please contact Acronis Support. Find more Information here.
If there is anything else, we can do for you, please let me know.
