Error backing up to VM protect online

Thread needs solution

Using VM Protect 8 trying to backup to VM protect online for the very first time I get the following error:

Task 'Back up to 'Online' - WRKSERVER' failed: 'Failed to create a backup.

Hi Tony,

As far as I have checked you have already submitted a request to our support team, though I couldn't find the full operations log (View->Show Logs->Save All To File) which should reveal the reason for the failure. I'd recommended to edit the backup task, specify new archive name, then run it and collect the full log. Please send it over to me in a private message so that I can check what went wrong.
