I have this warning message in my backup job when i run in one of my Virtual Machines. I really don't know if this warning message make that the snapshot that Acronis create in the ESXi Virtual Machine cannot been deleted? please help me ACRONIS to solve this issue.

There is the warning message that i have in the backup job that i think is part of the problem with Acronis.
Failed to execute IO operation 'Read'.
