Exchnage aware backup fails to collect metadata -

Thread needs solution

Hi guys,
I'm trying to test exchange extraction, but can't get the Exchange aware backup going. The backup itself is successful but because it fails to collect meta data (see details below), I cant even start exchange items restore.
Any thoughts ?
