File Recovery from Full Incremental Backup

Thread needs solution

I would like to recover some files from that were deleted last week but I cannot seem to find the file from the Files and Folder view because it always display the files from my last Full backup even if I selected the incremental backup as the recovery point .

We have Acronis VMProtect 6 installed as a standalone server. Full Backup of the machine is done once a month with daily incremental backup.

If I tried to download the whole folder from the last incremental backup, it downloads an corrupted "Archive.zip" file.

Can you please help how to resolve this issue?

Thank you for using Acronis software.

Unfortunately, I could not find a registered product. In this case, I want to ask you to check if you are using the latest build of your product. As we have released in meanwhile version 7 and now 8 most vmProtect Customers were able to upgrade for free. If you can provide me the email address, where your products are registered, I will be able to check if you can upgrade or not.

In addition, you can install the product as agent for windows on any machine. Then you can use this agent for recovering your files.
