how to exclude a directory of a specific vm

hello

i want to exclude a large folder from my backup task.

in my company, 4 servers are saved.

I understand how to do this but I do not know how to specify the name of the concerned VM

Hi Emmanuel,

The files/folders exclusions settings (for example C:\temp\* ) are applied on per-backup task basis. This means that if there are multiple VMs backed up within one backup task then files/folders exclusions will be applied to all these VMs. In order to apply exclusions to a single VM only, you'll need to create a separate backup task for this VM.
