How to get Acronis to attach support renewal to my login?

I need to open a ticket for vmProtect 8 because it does not work.
When I log in to www.acronis.com/support/contact-us.html?ft it says some of support options are unavailable because your support program is expired.

This is false as I can see in our accounts payable system that the accounting department paid PC Mall to renew the support. In fact they paid it twice and PC Mall refunded us the one payment. Where in the system is this link between support agreement and username / password for acronis.com linked up?

This is Agata. I checked your account and found the renewal - did you try to register this renewal under your account by any chance?
Any way I updated the records and now the support program should be activated. As well we created a case for you -> our SP will reach you to get the details regarding the issue.
