No logs on error restauration

Hi,

I just installed the trial version of Vm protect 7 as a virtual machine and I connect an USB disk to one server, then shared the usb disk and created a restauration task.
I get an error a few seconds later but I got no explanations, no logs error. I tried it by copying the USB disk to a shared folder but I got the same problem.
Yesterday it was working , I left the task with 7% completed and this morning I had a failed task with an error but no logs no error information, so impossible to troubleshot the problem.

Without any screenshot or idea of the configuration of your Acronis vmProtect 7 is difficult to diagnose from forum.
