NTFS Transaction Protokoll Failure on 2008R2 Servers with vmprotect 7

Thread needs solution

Hello,

we´re doing backups with vmprotect 7 on 10 virtual Servers on ESXi5 (licensed Version)

The images are well done, vmprotect does not throw any errors.
But in all our EventLogs on the Server2008R2 appear NTFS-Warnings and Failures just like

"Warning, Data couldn´t be moved to the Transactionprotokoll, it may be destroyed"
or
"The default transaction resource manager on volume \\?\volume{7s63uj...} encountered a non-retryable error and could not start. The data contains the error code.

If I do a simple snapshot within vCenter Server no problem comes up.
I have read many articles like

http://communities.vmware.com/message/1824410
http://forum.acronis.com/forum/29257
http://www.geekshangout.com/?q=node/103

but I´m little confused about what to do now exactly. It seems that the problem is pushed from VMWare to Acronis and back.

Can you please help me in finding a solution for my Company?
I´m not lucky with having transaction-protocol Problems within our Active Directory or our Exchange (2010) Database.

Thanks a lot in advance
