Online backup failures and resulting issues
I know there are some problems with online backup archives and I've heard that fixes are coming, but my question is when? My main problems are first that if an online backup fails, the archive can no longer be backed up into, and thus a new archive must be made. This is mean that I have to create a new archive (manually) and that the next backup will take a long time since all the data has to be transferred again. Secondly, I am unable to delete recovery points in the affected archives, which means that my space quota is being taken up with no way to remove unneeded recovery points or archives.

Hi Andrew,
It appears that the subscription under your online backup account had expired and this resulted in such behavior that you could not back up to online. I have logged under your account and re-newed the subscription (there was online backup license for 3 months available, so now it's valid until 15th of Oct.). Now you should be able to continue the backups.
In order to free up the space can you please send me the .crt from /var/lib/Acronis/OnlineBackup/[e-mail] folder (from appliance) in a private message so that we can check the storage issue there?
The fixes for online backup servers for US2 datacenter (yours one) are pending to be installed in the end of July (in ~2-3 weeks from now). The US1 datacenter is already patched and we have fixed the issues discovered after that update, so update of the remaining datacenters should go much smoother.
Thank you.
