I have some questions about Vm7

1) Wich kind of quiescence is used by backup tasks (crash, file system or application) ?
2) wich is the best dimensioning of resources for a virtual applicance of vm7 (cpu & ram) for a
scenario involving 2 Virual machines with a 400 Gb thick zeroed disk each ?
3) Why use local disk created on vm7 appliance instead of nfs share for a backup location (or why not) ?
