[RESOLVED] Problem with upgrade license
When we upgrade licenses of vmprotect7 (now8) we have two licenses with wmprotect7 and two licenses with vmprotect8.
Can you help us?
For this we have not the possibilty to add the vcenter, we moved all the vm in one node and backed with 2 licenses (but we have 4 licenses).

I think the issue is that you're using upgrade licenses. So in order to add the v8 licenses, you need to enter the v7 licenses first. By entering the v8 licenses, the existing v7 licenses are needed, but do not add 2 additional CPU licenses. It seems you need another 2 CPU licenses.

Hi, thank you for the reply.
Acronis support resolved the problem; i didn't know acronis and this activity was managed by other people.
It seems that we bought 4 licenses but we have registered only 2.
Acronis support has registered for us the 2 "missing" licenses, i take 2 licenses of vmprotect7 and 2licenses of vmprotect8 upgrade
(in my account of web site acronis) and put them in add licenses of console of vmprotect and now it works fine.
