Restore Exchange 2010 impossible - Exchange 2003 physical parallel with 2010 virtual

Hello,

at this time the migration of our Exchange organization isn't finished. So I've an Exchange 2003 physical in parallel with ab Exchange 2010 SP2 virtual.

I backup my Exchange 2010 with VM Protect 5173 without errors.

But when I try to do a restore it's impossible to browse a mailbox.

The mount of the NAS datastore is OK, the temporary virtual machine is power on with no problem. And at the moment to browse for the content in a mailbox, the process search for long long time without show the content in the window.

Is this problem is issue by the two Exchange servers in parallels ?

It's a big problem for me because my other solution of backup don't have an agent for Exchange 2010.
