smb- backup not possible

they need more time to compair your produkt key than to help you...
always the excuse, a lot of traffic. This is not what we expected !!!

we have now 4 weeks the problem of a not working backup on a smb like \\server\backup

somebody can help us ?

vmprotect-account "admin" has full rights on share and even on directory

I have checked the logs and it appears to be an smb issue. We can resolve it for your via a remote session however. I contacted the respective team managers so that we can arrange it with you.
