Snapshot left on VM after Backup
We are using Acronis Backup for VMware Agent (build 9.2.10535) on ESXi Host (5.5.0 Update 2).
On this host we have 10 VM´s (Windows Server) for which I have a daily backup with Acronis. Backup is performing without a problem.
Problem is that backup is leaving snapshots on VM´s and because of that I cannot do changes on VM (for example resize hard drive). For some changes on VM, I need to clear all Snapshots and only then I can do change on it.
Snapshot name looks like: 2%2f17%2f16 12:16:12 AM (see screenshot)
Please advise me how to remove these Snapshots from VM´s - In the past, I remember that i have tried to delete it in vSphere Client, and then I had a problems with vmdk hard drive files (lock on files) and VM did not want to start / Power on.
Also, please give me info if I have to do some changes on VM or backup task, in order to clear that problem with Snapshot leftovers after backup.

But backup is finished every day without any error...
I know only, that last month I had one backup with error because of storing location - maybe because of that I have now this snapshot?

Marin,
From your original post I got impression that you get non-deleted snapshot _every_ time backup runs. If you have only one snapshot left from some old backup attempt then indeed it might be caused by failure to write backup to the target location due to lack of space for example (the snapshot might've been left if you forcibly rebooted the appliance). Such snapshots can be safely deleted from the vSphere client. The problems with VM power ON may only start if there were virtual disks not detached from backup appliance after backup (see https://kb.acronis.com/content/32611 for details). If there are problems deleting the snapshot then it makes sense to contact our support team for assistance.
Thank you.
