The TIB is at the same place like the backup. Everything works with backup. All the rights are OK (share on windows 2008 with dedicated account for vmp with all rights)

How can I restore my vm ?
Thank you!

Hi vmphelp,

Both backup and recovery workflows are accessing the backup location in exactly the same way, so the issue looks really strange. For analysis it would make sense to save the whole log from vmProtect (to see both backup and recovery tasks events for comparison) + capture /tmp/asamba.log which contains the details about the network shares mounting process. Please send it to me in a private message so that I can check.

P.S. a possible workaround is to reboot the appliance - probably there is some cache left from previous mount attempts which causes the conflict. This cache is reset during reboot.

Thank you.
