What causes all but 1 job to fail and no logs produced?
I have 2 vmProtect 9 (build 9.0.9767) virtual appliances and on the one, there doesn't seem to be any backup job history, everything says failed but one backup from 10/5 and there seems to be no log details for any of the failed jobs.
What causes this? I noticed this last week and rebooted the appliance, manually started a job that worked so I thought it was fixed but I guess not.
Even in the logs if I look from 9/1/2013 to 10/7/2013 there's only a few line items, one error "It is detected that the virtual appliance crashed earlier. Please contact Acronis support."
Well see the logs I attached them.

Hi KJSTech,
The log is empty unfortunately - it doesn't contain any entries. Can you please send me a private message with screen shot showing what you see in View->Logs (i.e. from GUI) from that problem appliance? Plus it would be worthy to try saving the log one more time (View->Show Logs->Save All To File) and attach it to your message.
Thank you.

I'd like to summarize the outcome in this thread:
As it turned out the problem was in the debug logs enabled on the appliance which were generated for a long time and ran out of limit which caused the tasks to fail. The debug logs are unaffected by the log retention rules which results in such behavior. On our side we're going to add a fix to prevent the root cause of the problem. The bottom line is: debug logs should not be enabled forever :)
Thank you.
