Hi,
Please, can you guide me?

After configuring a new Windows server in Acronis Backup and trying to make the first image of this server, I got the following error message:
"E01350001: Error 0x1350001: The activity has failed due to a restart of the service."

What can I be checking in the Acronis configuration?
Acronis is imaging the other servers normally, only on this new server that I got this error.

Welcome to the forum.

That error refers to a service crash or server reboot.

You need to check the event viewer at that exact time to determine which of those events occurred.

Also, make sure the local antivirus isn't causing the services to crash: https://kb.acronis.com/content/36429

Reschedule the backups to a different hour when the machine isn't overloaded.

If the issue persists, contact support at https://kb.acronis.com/content/36429 because it can't be troubleshooted without tests and logs such as procmon and crash dumps.
