Hi Yes i used it but not reliable at all, don't go for it, please see the below fact

1. it will not retail directory structure of backup file - what you can see on s3 bucket is only some numbers you will not able to identify your files and folders(Acronis said it is not possible to maintain directory structure)

2. Backup and restore take a lot of time 100 GB could take 5 hours - even if you had high speed connection

3. Support person are not well trained on this, they have to consult with developers on most of the issue

You must have an AWS  account to access this service; if you do not already have one, you will be prompted to create one when you begin the Amazon S3 sign-up process. After signing up, please refer to the Amazon S3 documentation and sample code in the Resource Center to begin using Amazon S3.
