Access denied 365 credentials agent

Thread needs solution

Hello,

I´m trying to configure mailbox backups for Exchange online in Microsoft 365.

When i fill the credentials, it always says "incorrect credentials error".

This is Acronis logs detail error:

Error 0x5b03e9: Connecting to remote server outlook.office365.com failed with the following error message : Access is denied. For more information, see the about_Remote_Troubleshooting Help topic.

 

If i use other 365 tenant (ie 30 days test), it works fine.

Both tenants have the 2FA disabled.
