Acornis AiO appliance: Console won't load: Management server (meta.json?_dc=125u5) is not available.

Thread needs solution

I can't seem to log in on a customer's web console. After logging in, I get a 'loading' screen, and then nothing. Sometimes it would display the error Management server (meta.json?_dc=125u5) is not available after several minutes.

I have tried: upgrading, other browsers, other OS, fresh installation .Nothing seems to work.

I can log in to the cockpit web console. When I login I can see the CPU and memory rising until the memory caps.

thank you for posting on Acronis forums!

This issue should be analyzed by Acronis Support engineers. They will need the HAR logs collected from the browser and Acronis System Information. However, since you cannot collect the system report in the product GUI, please create the system report as described in AcronisInfo Utility.
