Acronis 12.5 Backup Replication not work on schedule, Click "Run Now" manually work
Hello,
We are using the Acronis 12.5 update 6 for our project. I have created 15 backup plans to Acronis Server, then from here to continue replicating to Synology NAS (Configure the SMB v1)
The backup plan for each device is working fine but the replicate plan does not work on schedule, nothing displays on activities, no failed, no warning. This schedule is skipped on schedule.
I confirmed that the network sharing working and credential is corrected as manual click "Run Now", the task is working.
What I did:
- The service: Acronis Scheduler2 Service always "running"
- Set timing for schedule with minutes + 3 to avoid duplicating other tasks
- Delete all backup replicate and re-create
Please find the system information be collected and advise.

I have the system info but size 16Mb while Acronis limited only 3Mb. How can I upload the log?

Every now and then (usually on mondays) I encoutner the same. This is usually when a saved login expires and have to re-login. It's usually resolved in a few hours.

Are you using a separate replication plan or you are replicating as part of a backup? Which agent is doing the replication? Is it only the task that doesn't appear, or replication itself has no effect? (i.e. backups didn't appear where you replicated to)

You'll have to wait until you are provided with an FTP link. Either here on the forums, or if you have active maintenance contact support and they will.
It's not a good idea to share it on the forums anyway. The system info contains a lot about your intrastructure you probably don't want to expose publicly.

I have tried 3 days and clear all browser cache, issue persists
The backup schedule working fine with "Backup Plan" but "Backup Replicate" is not. When backup(tibx) was created on Acronis Server, the backup was stored separately in each folder name.
I have another replicate plan to bring backup Tibx from EBR Server to NAS, the task used only ONE Agent running on EBR Server, even I already used each agent for each task. issue persists
My account no longer active for maintenance, it is expired. I can attach the excel with the screenshot and brief the issue.
I knew that Acronis 12.5 update 6 fixed the issue regarding Backup Plan Schedule, not sure that it is really fixed or not...
Please advise and support
