Acronis 12.5 Managed Machine Service stops!

Thread needs solution

Good morning, actually I have this problem in one of my machines (Machine A). I have detected that since 1 moth ago it is not running the backup plan.

The machine has installed the console and the backup is stored in another PC of the line (Machine B). When I have tried to solve the problem, I've seen that de Acronis Managed Machine Service is stopped. 

After I start the service, it stops again after 10 seconds .

Could you be so kind to help me with this issue?

I repeat, the machine was working properly one month ago. And it is not connected to Internet.

What does the management console say? Any failed activities?

Do you have the console installed at machine A or B? It's not really clear.

Have you tried reinstalling the agent where the managed machine service doesn't start?
