Acronis 12.5 Users from multiple domains
My company recently upgraded from 11.7 to 12.5 and we are now unable to add uses from multiple domains. When adding a new user/administrator from the Management Console the domain drop down list only has the domain that the server is in instead of all domains in our tree. Support has advised me to add domain administrators to the administrators group from all domains to the server which has been done to no avail. This wasn't a problem in 11.7 and I have multiple users who are in a different domain that I need to give console access to. Is this possible to do in 12.5?

Hi Nate,
We have tried reproducing the issue in our QA lab, but were unable to. We've created 2nd domain in a single forest and installed AMS onto the machine joined to domain #1 (win8.dcon.local on the screen shot below). When trying to configure administrators, it's possible to choose between the domains including domain #2 (new.win8.dcon.local):
Can you please clarify how the domains infrastructure is set up in your environment? Are these 2 sibling domains in the same forest or is there some more complicated relationship? Some screen shots illustrating the setup would be very helpful.
Thank you.

I apologize for the confusion. We have 4 forests with two way trusts between. I am able to see all domains in the forest that the server sits in but need to add users that are in a different forest. With version 11.7 this was setup the exact same way and I was able to add uses from all forests without issues.
As noted earlier I have added a domain administrator account from each forest to the admins group and the Acronis centralized admins group but am still unable to add users from domains in the other forests.

Hi Nate,
Thank you for the information. I've passed these details to our QA team, and we'll try to reproduce the problem taking into account these specifics. Still it makes sense for you to submit a request to our support team in order to get proper tracking of the problem resolution (it's hard to make it right via forum).
Thank you.

Hi,
I'm having exactly the same problem. Could a solution be found?
