I have a few jobs I need to manually cancel, but it isn't letting me do so.  There is an error message I am getting when I am canceling the job.

Hello Jess!

Are all the acronis services running, particularly the Zero MQ Gateway service? Have you tried restarting the AMS server?

Hello Peter,

All the services are running, including the Zero MQ Gateway service.  What is the AMS server?

Hello Jess!

I'm referring to the server where the management console is installed, same place where you'd have the Zero MQ service. Since your log is complaining about imminent shutdown I'm wondering if a restart would solve it.

Hello Jess,

thank you for posting on Acronis forums!

Looks like the shut down command is quicker than a cancellation of the Acronis task.

I recommend that you cancel Acronis task and wait before shutting down the system.
