Activity stucked at 0%
Hi,
yesterday we had an issue trying to add a machine which already had the agent installed to the AMS. For an unknown reason, the server did not detect that the agent was installed in the machine and started the remote installation...
We tried to cancel this activity but it was not possible, it got stucked in 0%. We restarted AMS but now we have this activity there and cannot remove or cancel it. When we access the activity and press cancel this is what we get:
TOL: An activity with ID = 'A0A74D34-95C9-40DC-8680-121BBDDD042D' cannot be found.

any information regarding this issue? I remember from old versions of Acronis there was a small tool focused in deleting this kind of activities... Is there anything similar for this version?

Hello Everyone,
No No, the issue with the canceled installation where the respective activity cannot complete has been already reported to the development team. I've sent you instructions on how to force a particular activity to complete in a personal message (click on My account at the top of the page and click on Dialogs).
Daniel, would you post the error message? Which activity is hanging?

I am facing the same error. I tried to follow the steps given by Ekaterina but it seems that the file location "C:\ProgramData\Acronis\TaskManager\" does not exist in our server. Can you please help me out on how to deal with this?

These instructions could not be applied to Acronis Backup 11.7.
Can you cancel the stucked activity?
Please also try to restart the Acronis Managed Machine Service on the Agent with a stucked activity.
