Cannot register machine to acronis

I have download the agent to register the machine for backup. After the installation is finished, the application prompts to register the machine.

After the registration takes more than 3 minutes, it prompts error below.

The confirmation is timed out. Check if the device is online, connected to the network, and the agent setup program displays the registration window. If this is the case, and the device has not appeared under 'Devices', repeat the registration.

To obtain a new code, click 'Show registration info' in the agent setup program that is running on the device. Alternatively, click 'Register now' to register the device directly from the setup program.

When I run the agent installation again, the application prompts error in registration. 

I have tried to run command prompt version and below is the message return.

At first, please check if all Acronis Agent services are running at the machine with Agent: https://kb.acronis.com/content/60085

Please also check if all the necessary ports are open and not blocked by firewall or other security software. See Firewall settings for Acronis products

If this does not help to resolve a registration issue, please register this Agent manually as described in this KB article: https://kb.acronis.com/content/55244

I had such an issue earlier much time, with the customers and I followed the same method for such issue and it got to resolve in one sort following below steps.

>>>>>>>>>>>>>>.

1) Uninstall the Agent once from the Machine,

2) Rename the folder name "Acronis" under Registry [ HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE/SOFTWARE/Acronis ]

3) Reboot Machine [ Optional ]

4) Download new Installer from console and install it and register, you will not face the error/issue again as expaliend,
