Cyber Backup Server do not accept my Acronıs account

Hello there,

We are using Cyber Backup 12.5 with 1TB cloud storage and both of them are active, but the maintenance has expired. 

For some reason, I cannot delete previous backups on 1TB cloud storage with my Acronis account. It askes for the account, even I enter it correctly the procedure cancels and gives "access denied" error.

Since no space left at 1TB cloud storage, I cannot add new files there. And I cannot delete previous files due to "access denied" error.

Does this error related with the expired maintenance license?
