Last Backup Date (lastSuccessBackup) doesn't get refreshed

Hi there,

we are using Acronis Cyber Backup 12.5, Management is installed on a Windows Server 2016. Appliances are installed on two VMware EXSi 6.0.

Problem is: the last successfull backup date of all our machines (various VMs and one workstation) doesn't get refreshed.

The reason is most probably the fact that we tried to fix a stuck backup within the activities panel from 2019:
the machine no longer exists so aborting that activity failed.

We tried fixing it by modifing the SQlite File as described but that caused error messages I can't recall. So we just figured whats working on a Linux Management could also work on Windows: removing the whole Task Manger files causes that to get recreated. So it did.

But now our problem is that the lastSuccessBackup date no longer gets updated, it's stuck on the day the task manager database was newly created.
Besides that the dashboard activity panel is also empty although activities get listed as normal in the menu.

We already tried recreating the backup plans, reinstalled the appliance – nothing fixed it.

Any help is appreciated.

I don't have any other suggestion than what you have already tried. 

I suggest you contact support and let them investigate.
