notification about backup error two month later

Thread needs solution

Hello guys,

i have a probelm with my Acronis Cyber Backup 12.5 Standard.

In May i had some backups errors and i solved it, but now exactly two month later, i received the email notifications.

How it is possible?

Hello Stefan.

That's not an expected behavior.

Usually those emails just arrive if you don't clean the warns/errors in the backup console.

Please enter in the console and check if there are errors. If yes, please delete them.

If there aren't any errors or warns and you receive those notifications, please raise a ticket with our support because that need to be investigated: https://kb.acronis.com/content/8153
