Unable to connect to network after recovery

Thread solved

Hello.

I used Acronis 12.5 to back up a server with CentOS7 installed and performed a recovery to another server.
I have confirmed that the OS and services are up well.
And I plugged the LAN cable into the restored server.
However, there is no network connection.

This server was used well without any problems even when used in the past, so it seems that it is not an equipment problem.

Is there anything I need to configure separately for network connection after Linux recovery?

Thank you.

Hello Lemoning.

I used Acronis 12.5 to back up a server with CentOS7 installed and performed a recovery to another server.

When you restore to a different server with Acronis Universal Restore it handles differences in devices that are critical for the operating system start-up, such as storage controllers, motherboard, or chipset. As for network card drivers, you should have specified the necessary drivers for Automatic drivers search.

Is there anything I need to configure separately for network connection after Linux recovery?

It is a normal practice to configure other hardware devices as these drivers can be installed after the successful migration.
