vCenter Server 7x Backup

Hi Everyone

Hoping someone can assist. We have setup new vCenter/ESXi infrastructure running  7.03, 3 hosts in a VxRail Datacenter.

We are running Acronis Cyber Backup 12.5.16428. Have installed Agent for VMware (Virtual Appliance) and registered to management console. Have also authenticated to vCenter server. Our old infrastructure is running vSphere 6.5, has 3 hosts and 1 Agent for VMware (Virtual Appliance) connected to vCenter and has been running with no issues for years. VMs will be migrated to the new infrastructure.

NOTE: we have not as yet upgraded to Acronis Cyber Backup 15 and are aware that support of 12.5 is soon ending and will be upgrading as soon as some current major projects are complete.

Tried testing backup of vCenter server appliance but it is failing.

Any guidance and advice would be appreciated.
