Web Console is not function
Hi all,
i have on 1 Server with Acronis Backup 12.5 latest version (16428)
On this Server i have the Problem that after some weeks the Console does not more function, Web site not reachable.
My repair of this, is uninstall and reinstall Acronis. That works for some weeks.
But the Protocols are all away.
reinstall is not a good solution. So what is my Problem here?
Server is Server 2019 STD
Can anyone help?

Hello Peter,
i have restart the Server on Sunday, but this helps not.
i have looked today, 3 of 5 Services are running. (Other Server 4of5 running)
AcrMngSrv was not running, started manualy, but solve not my Problem.
Acronis Active Protection Service also stopped

See if there's anything in the windows event log about service failures.
Otherwise contact support about service start failures.
