"Acces is denied" while trying to back-up individual mailboxes on Exchange 2016

Hello,

I have trouble backing up mailboxen on a Exchange 2016 server. The full DB is no problem, but the individual mailboxes create the "access is denied" error. Logs are attached.

I have tried KB 62670 to no avail. The Exchange server hasn't been updated recently.

thank you for posting on Acronis forums!

I have tried KB 62670 to no avail. 

Does it mean that you applied the workaround in the registry?

If it still does not help, we suggest that you open a case with Acronis Support Team. To speed up this issue investigation, please collect Acronis System Information  collected from your Exchange server and Process Monitor logs right after reproducing the error.
