Acronis Backup 12.5 Advanced Attaching Storage Nodes

Thread needs solution

Hello All,

I already did some research and I have migrated my Acronis Backup 12.5 Advanced server to a new server and I am attempting to mount my storage node under backups.  I have already attached my storage node so I am good to go there.  But I am getting a user profile error when I am attaching the existing storage node.

Here are the steps I was doing

Backups > Add Locations > Storage Nodes > Path > Local Folder > F > Acronis (I created a folder called Acronis on my storage node on my old management server).  I also have deduplication enabled so I did add that database path.  I am able to mount it, but when I view the contents, I get the following error message.

//

Windows error: (0x80070003) The system cannot find the path specified

Hello Jess,

thank you for posting on Acronis forums!

Your logs indicate that you use 3-years-old build #8690. Please make sure that all Acronis Cyber Backup 12.5 components including Acronis Storage Node are updated to the same build (the latest one is #16342) and check if the issue persists.
