Acronis Backup 12.5 Advanced Server - does not load recovery points

Backup management server: v.12.5.7641

Backup management console: v.12.5.2041

Restore points are not displayed after "Loading recovery points" message:

Could you please share more details on the backup location? Is this a managed location? Have you tried accessing the recovery points via recovery task or vie locations\stoarge view? 

Yes, this is managed location - SMB share.

I tried accessing the recovery points via locations\stoarge.

This share (backup location) should be accessible from the machine that you select as a browse Agent. Please select the respective Agent:

Hello Alexey.

If the problem still persists, please reproduce it and collect Acronis System Report from the Agent that is selected for browsing.

Please also make a screenshot of the content with the backups in Windows Explorer.

Then please upload all this info at the FTP link that I've sent you in a Private Message.
