Acronis Backup 12.5 не работает после перезапуска сервера

Добрый день.

 

Сервер Acronis Backup 12.5 установлен на контроллер домена Winows Server2019, после перезапуска устройства ушли в автономный режим, хотя они включены и пингуются. Переустановить устройства с сервера не удается, возникает ошибка:

 

 

Если удалить агент на устройстве, затем установить его с сервера, то он успешно устанавливается, но в устройствах ничего не появляется, если попробовать установить агент еще раз туда же, опять возникает ошибка выше.

Прошу помочь разобраться, почему данная ошибка возникает, не хотелось бы каждый раз при рестарте переустанавливать сервер и все агенты.

Прошу не отсылать к техподдержке, подписка на нее не приобретена.

I recommend that you download and share here a full activity log the next time (click on Загрузка журнала).

Looks like some Acronis services or processes did not start after a reboot. Please check them on that server: https://kb.acronis.com/content/60085

You shared the complete package acronis sysinfo collects, not just the log file. I'd advise against publicly sharing this, since it exposes quite a few details of your internal network. Request an ftp link from Maria instead if you do want to share it.

Please pay attention that your Acronis ZeroMQ Gateway Service (for communication between Agents and management server) has not been started after reboot:

This is confirmed in your zmq logs: there were the latest connections on March, 24.

Where can I collect this logs?

Since you have already shared full system information which includes these activity logs, you do not need to collect them.

For future references, to share an activity log with an error, please follow Overview -> Activities, select a respective log with an error, click on Show details -> Download log.
