Acronis Backup 12.5: Windows Account gets locked

Thread needs solution

I installed Acronis Backup 12.5 on the Management Server (Windows Server 2016). For any reason my personal windows account in our domain gets locked when the Management Server is running. I don't use my personal Windows account in Acronis. Acronis Services also run under another user.

When I stop the Acronis services I don't have the Problem. When I start the services it takes about 10 minutes and my personal account is locked again.

I have already sent this problem to the support. By now there is no solution.

When I stop the Acronis services I don't have the Problem. When I start the services it takes about 10 minutes and my personal account is locked again.

Since the problem you experience is very specific and untypical, I recommend that you continue the investigation with Acronis support engineers.

I should note that this could be when you incorrectly enter the password of your account for Acronis services. It tries to login with an incorrect password which leads to blocking this account.
