Hello Tarik,

welcome to Acronis forums!

If I got you right, you created a system backup of your old IDE drive and restored it to a new SSD but the new system is not bootable.

First of all, please check whether new hardware supports Windows XP, download all necessary drivers for it and use Acronis Universal Restore as instructed here: https://www.acronis.com/en-us/support/documentation/AcronisBackup_12.5/index.html#36543.html

Please also make sure that you followed this step-by-step restore guide https://kb.acronis.com/content/35681

If the restore when flawlessly, but the new system is still unbootable, please change Boot legacy mode from UEFI to Legacy BIOS. If nothing above helps, try to fix system bootability following these instructions.
