Acronis Cyber Backup 12.5 Mailbox Backup Fails
Dear all,
i am running Acronis Cyber Backup 12.5.16318 and i am trying to backup an exchange server.
Mailbox-DB-Backup works fine but mailbox backup always stucks at 3% and fails after 30 Minutes.
I already checked the acronis requirements. For Information: The Exchange is located in antoher network and ad-domain. Agent connects corrctly to mgm-server. I also see all of the mailboxes but can't backup them. The user used for connecting to CAS has a mailbox on the exchange and all required authorizations.
Here is the error message:

Hello Maria,
as i said the agent seems to connect correctly cause i can see all of the mailboxes in the acronis exchange preview.
Problem is the .net exception the software is running through.

If you are sure that everything connected as instructed here https://www.acronis.com/en-us/support/documentation/AcronisCyberBackup_12.5/index.html#39720.html but the issue still persists, please open a case with Acronis Support Team and request a remote session so that our engineers could check all settings.
