Acronis Cyber Backup - Can not add workstations

Thread needs solution

Hi, 

i've the problem that i cannot add any Windows or Mac Workstation to my Account.

I click on "Add" (German: Hinzufügen) the two buttons for Windows and Mac are gone.

Only for Android / iOS and Microsoft / GSuite are shown.

My Licence shows unlimited for Workstations.

 

Any Idea?

If you use cloud-based Management Console and noticed this issue from 23-24 of April, we strongly recommend that you open a case with Acronis Support Team since it could be related to a recent update of Acronis Cyber Cloud at European DC.
