Acronis gone inactive after restart

Thread needs solution

Hello I have just restarted my backup server, and 2 of my servers have gone inactive.

What can I do so they continue to backup?

Looks like some Acronis services or processes did not start after a reboot. Please check Acronis Agent services on the remote servers and Acronis ZeroMQ Gateway Service on the server that you rebooted: https://kb.acronis.com/content/60085
