Hi, I am facing same issue, @suenaga.sho could you please explain me how did you fixed it?
I downloaded the file AcronisBackup_12.5_64-bit.x86_64, but when trying to install on a RHEL 6.10 I always have the same error: "Cannot find package AcronisBackupLinuxStandaloneComponents.".
Thanks in advance.

Hello Daniel L.
Please make sure that all the required Linux packages with necessary modules are installed as instructed here: https://www.acronis.com/en-us/support/documentation/AcronisCyberBackup_12.5/index.html#22619.html

Hi Maria,
Thanks for your response, I have checked your link and everything seems to be ok.
In our organisation we are updating from v11.5 to v12.5, so previously the agent 11.5 was working fine in the machine, but I am not able to install the 12.5 agent (missing AcronisBackupLinuxStandaloneComponents), I hope this extra information could help you to find our problem.
Thanks again!

Hello Daniel.
I recommend that you uninstall Acronis Backup 11.5 Agent before installing Acronis Cyber Backup 12.5 Agent since upgrading from 11.5 to 12.5 has not been tested (only updating from 11.7 to 12.5).

Hello Maria,
I did it that way, firstly I uninstalled the 11.5 agent and then I tried to install the 12.5 without success.
Could you tell me which are the AcronisBackupLinuxStandaloneComponents?
Thanks.

Hello Daniel L.
AcronisBackupLinuxStandaloneComponents seems to be an old component.
I have sent you a link to FTP storage where you can upload Acronis Linux Report gathered from your server. I will analyze it and list you old Acronis Backup 11.5 components that should be removed.

Hi Maria,
Thank you, I get the following error trying to unzip the file:
unzip ./AcronisBackup_12.5_64-bit.x86_64
Archive: ./AcronisBackup_12.5_64-bit.x86_64
End-of-central-directory signature not found. Either this file is not
a zipfile, or it constitutes one disk of a multi-part archive. In the
latter case the central directory and zipfile comment will be found on
the last disk(s) of this archive.
note: ./AcronisBackup_12.5_64-bit.x86_64 may be a plain executable, not an archive
unzip: cannot find zipfile directory in one of ./AcronisBackup_12.5_64-bit.x86_64 or
./AcronisBackup_12.5_64-bit.x86_64.zip, and cannot find ./AcronisBackup_12.5_64-bit.x86_64.ZIP, period.
What surprise me is that checking the video in the instructions you sent ("Unpacking Acronis Cyber Backup 12.5 for Linux") the AcronisBackupLinuxStandaloneComponents are included!!
Thanks.

Solved! My mistake, I have realized that the acronis installer file was not completely uploaded to the server due to missing space... I have increased the partition size and finally I have been able to install it...
Thank you very much for your support!
