Backups Failing ....

Thread needs solution

Our VM servers all of a sudden stopped backing up. We are backing up individual VM clients, not the hosts. Any help would be great!

This is what the error shows:

The management server is not available for more than 30 days.

This error indicates connectivity issues in environment between Agents and Backup Management Server. Such issues are investigated by Acronis Support Team as it is stated in this KB article.

According to the log that you shared, you use a very old build (#3693). We recommend that you update all Acronis Backup 12.5 components to the latest available in your account to ensure your Acronis Backup is up-to-date.
