Bluescreen after save a server and execute to VM

Thread needs solution

Hi everyone,

 

I've save my 2008 Windows Server to execute it on a new Server VM.

I export it on my 2016 Server Datacenter but after restore the save into the VM, i have the following error : 

0x0000007b

 

The Acronis support don't know what is this error so i need help to restore this server...

 

What can i do?

This error message indicates that drivers for the new hardware are missing or do not match the hardware.

Please follow instructions from this KB article on how to identify which driver is causing the problem: https://kb.acronis.com/content/57147
